The cancellation policy states that a 24 hour notice is required in the event of a cancellation. A missed appointment refers to as a No SHOW which results in the full amount fee of time booked. A late cancellation refers to time frame less than 24 hours notice given which results in a 50% fee charge of time booked.
The charges of the above mentioned fees are not covered by insurance policies. All above mentioned fees related to missed appointment and late cancellation will have to be paid prior to booking a new appointment.

Your health history and consent form will be reviewed prior to your first appointment. If you need to fill out a form on the day of the appointment please arrive 10 minutes early. This may cut into your appointment time.
Your massage therapist will ask questions regarding your health history, complete and assessment and discuss treatment goals and gain consent to proceed with massage treatment.

You comfort level is utmost important, you can dress down to how you feel most comfortable. The only area being massaged on will be uncovered.
For pediatric clients: I recommend parents bring in a pair of shorts and tank top for your child’s comfort level. If your child wants to keep on all clothes that is an option as well.

You will have to press the Oakwood Wellness group button for entry into the building. The doors are locked at all times. It can be hard to hear the doors click, please keep hand placed on the door and pull door once you feel the click or keep your ear close to the door. If you are experiencing difficulty gaining entry into building please send a text.

I offer direct billing to Blue Cross, Canada Life, Canada Life-PSCHP, Equitable, Greenshield, Manulife, Sunlife. If you have another insurance provider I will provide you with a receipt for reimbursement. Please provide plan details prior to your first appointment. It is your responsibility to keep track of your insurance coverage.

Street parking is available on Osborne St. There is side street parking available on Baltimore, Oakwood, Rathgar, and Walker Ave. Please do not park in parking lot behind the building as those as reserved for spots. There is parking restrictions during rush hour on Osborne St it is your responsibility to read the parking signs.

I accept Cash, Debit and Credit Card. Debit and credit cards can be tapped through Square POS.

At this time I do not offer online booking. If your a new client please fill out the booking form on the website or send a quick email to hello@acalderrmt.ca. New clients are accepted by referral only at this time.
